Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: How soon do I need to get the wedding bouquet to you?
A: The sooner the better, I like to receive the wedding flowers within 24 to 48 hours of the wedding or memorial service. Remember the fresher the flowers are the nicer they are going to dry.

Q: How should I care for the flowers until I can get them to you?
A: It's important to keep the flowers hydrated and in a cool spot or refrigerator. Do not freeze the flowers, this will destroy them (some refrigerators run too cold).

Q:When can I drop off the flower?
A: I accept flowers 7 days a week, just give me a call.

Q: Do I need to decide how I would like my wedding bouquet displayed before I drop them off?
A: While I like to meet with you prior to your wedding to plan how you would like your flowers displayed I realize this isn't always possible. In that case you may have your flowers dropped off and preserved and when you return from your honeymoon we can then get together.

Q: How much does this cost?
A: That depends on the display that you choose. I have given a few examples of prices on the Shadow box and Oval pages. The average price is $225.

Q:  Do I need to give a deposit?
A: Yes, a deposit of $100 is required. The balance is due once I have completed the order. I accept m/c, visa, checks and cash.

Q: How long does the process take?
A: It's a slow process. Please allow 12 to 16 weeks for the completion of your order.
